Hi Patrick, I am a"Badlander" and always love your work. I am a Chronic Lyme disease survivor and used to run a Lyme recovery group on FB. I am cured now 7 years, rare for most chronic suffers. You don't need a tick bite to get Lyme. Lyme is and almost endless rabbit hole I wont get into here. How ever, I got recovered after 6 years of neurological hell. Your information is good about Lyme but doesn't go deep enough and is actually old fashioned medicine at this point in current knowledge. Lyme is a mitochondrial illness and while it has one of the worst presentations and spectrums, it is rather easy to cure. You need to consider physics not just biology. The root of Lyme is deuterium overload from things like wifi, blue light, lack of sun (indoor living), nnemf overload and THEN its the toxicity of the body that you exactly covered here. The environment you live in can shut down the mitochondria because the mito live on sunlight and dont like deuterim and when they dont get sun to mitigate the deut. , that shuts down your immune system. The important part is to know you CAN recover. Fix your circadian rhythm is a big part, and it is amazing. Just realize your latitiude will play a big part in how much sun redox is optimal. But research an you will get the right mix for you!
I've had a problem with my circadian rhythm for years. I had a saliva test 10 years ago and it showed I'm most alert at night and least alert in the morning. I have a meter to measure EMF and there's not that much except when the microwave is on and I stay away from everything like that.
I get agitated sitting in the sun but I'll have to force myself and stay off the computer.
Can you benefit from indirect sun coming through the windows? We have a large view across the south side or the house in the living and dining room.
I'm consumed keeping aware of tricks "they" are pulling to get rid of us and lies we've been told about what is good or bad for us. Also finding reliable resources who are on top of false flags and other lies. Now is not a good time for humans.
Windows block most of the red light but let in most of the blue light. So windows can be a blue light problem but all ya gotta do is open

I just read earlier today that Ivermectin can successfully treat Lyme disease. Lyme is a parasite.
